PHASE 1: The Fat Burn Phase.
In Phase 1 we will eat a little more lean protein whilst restricting the amount of carbohydrates we eat and type we eat to those of a low sugar carbohydrate type. The aim is to readjust your blood sugar levels and to allow the fat burning process to begin and ensure you achieve some immediate results.
PHASE 2: The Ongoing Fat Burn Phase.
In Phase 2 we aim to continue the fat loss process by adjusting the ratios of the major nutrients (proteins, carbohydrates and fats) in your food plan whilst reintroducing carbohydrates of a higher sugar carbohydrate level. In this phase you will continue to make gains in reducing fat and losing weight whilst your cravings for sugary and starchy foods will disappear.
PHASE 3: The Lifestyle Phase.
In Phase 3 we introduce more variety to the Eating Plan to help you achieve nutritional balance whilst continuing to ensure your body burns fat effectively. Phase 3 is concerned with maintaining your ideal weight and body fat levels and giving you the tools for a lifetime of healthy eating.
